This interactive workshop builds empathy and understanding about people with disabilities online. After a short introduction to accessibility and inclusive design, participants work through personas from the disability community and connect each persona's needs to practical digital accessibility decisions. Attendees leave with a greater understanding of specific online needs, ways to build inclusiveness into personas, and resources to use in their own projects.
